TJ’s BRONX TREE SERVICE

About TJ’s BRONX TREE SERVICE

A July thunderstorm can come up the Bronx River in twenty minutes and leave a silver maple across a fence in Soundview. TJ's BRONX TREE SERVICE answers that kind of afternoon — limbs off the roof, the split trunk brought down in pieces, the brush chipped and gone before the block dries out. The rest of the year is quieter craft: shaping young street trees near the river greenway, pruning back what rubs the wires around West Farms, removing what the sidewalk has finally outgrown. Working here means small yards, close parking and neighbors watching from the window, so every cut has its landing spot picked before the saw starts. What the block sees at the end is a clean curb and a tree that looks like it belongs.
