About New York Wreckage LLC

The Whitestone Bridge throws its long shadow across Ferry Point, and the wind coming under it off the water never quite quits, even in August. New York Wreckage LLC handles the ground work on that side of the borough — clearing brush and overgrowth, mowing and edging, cutting back whatever has crowded the fence, and carting the debris away for good. Open grass out here takes sun all day and comes in thick, so a cut lawn holds its stripes for a solid week. Getting a neglected yard back to level, mowable ground is the satisfying part; keeping it that way is the rest of it. From the promenade the shoreline reads trimmed and intentional, which is precisely the idea.
