About A Plus Property Services LLC

There is a particular hour when the sky north of Liverpool goes the color of wet slate and everyone who works outdoors in Onondaga County starts watching the wind. A Plus Property Services LLC is built for the hours that follow — plowing driveways and lots, opening walkways, spreading salt where the melt refreezes overnight into glass. Lake Ontario writes the schedule here, and it does not consult anybody; a band can sit over one neighborhood and drop a foot while the next one over stays dry. Working with that means going out again, and then again, so a property never has more on it than a plow can take. Come morning the pavement is dark and wet and passable, which is the entire point.
