Kumar's LawnCARE

About Kumar's LawnCARE

Above the city the land steps up toward Salt Springs Road, and the lawns there are terraced into short benches between the driveways. Kumar's LawnCARE moves through them in September, when the light comes in sideways by six and the grass, recovered from the heat, grows dense again. Autumn is the honest season for turf in Central New York — cool nights, real rain, and every cut coming back thicker than the last. Mowing, trimming, edging: small decisions repeated often enough that a yard begins to look deliberate. The hill catches the last of the county's sun, and a fresh-cut lawn up there glows for about ten minutes before dark.
