About CNY Property Pro

Erie Boulevard at three in the morning is a long lit ribbon of empty asphalt, and in January it is also a job. CNY Property Pro clears the lots and drives that have to be open by the time the first shift arrives — plowing them down, stacking the piles where they won't block a sightline, salting the lanes and the walks people actually use. Storms in Syracuse arrive in installments rather than all at once, so the work is a series of returns through the night rather than one heroic push. Nobody sees any of it happen. They see a black lot at seven in the morning with the lines painted on it still visible, and that is the signature.
