About Gary's Landscaping

The bluffs at Mount Loretto drop red to the water, and on an August afternoon the Prince's Bay streets behind them are still and full of insect noise. Gary's Landscaping keeps the yards there — mowing, edging, string trimming, hedge and shrub trimming, mulch, cleanups spring and fall — on the weekly turn that August demands. Late-summer grass is a test: it browns at the tips, it grows in bursts after a thunderstorm, and it takes attention to keep it even. When the work is done the lawn lies flat and unbroken from the porch to the sidewalk, and the mulch line runs dark and clean beside it. Then the truck heads up Hylan and the day keeps going.
