About Alpha property maintenance inc

Out on the west shore the land opens up — grassland where the old fill was, wind crossing it with nothing at all to slow it down. Alpha property maintenance inc handles snow out there and inland from it: plowing lots, clearing loading areas and fire lanes, shoveling walks and entries, spreading salt and sand where the wind scours a surface bare and then glazes it. Open ground drifts, so a lot cleared at midnight can need a second pass by four. They plan for the second pass. By the time the first shift comes off the West Shore Expressway, the painted lines are visible again and every curb cut is open.
