About Perfekt 10 Property Maintenance Inc.

Lake-effect bands slide down off Ontario and stall against the hills around Springwater, so a night that opens with flurries can leave a foot on Bald Hill by breakfast. Perfekt 10 Property Maintenance Inc. plows through that — driveways opened and opened again, walkways and steps cleared, salt and sand laid on the ice that forms where meltwater crosses a slope. The valley roads drift wherever the fields lie open, so the banks get pushed back before they narrow a turnaround. By dawn the drives are cut wide and dark against all that white, which is the whole point of being out.
