About Malone Landscapes LLC

Southampton mornings begin over Lake Agawam, where the water holds the last of the night until the sun burns it off the reeds. Malone Landscapes LLC works the hours just after that, when the grass is still cool enough to cut clean and the blade leaves a line you can read from the road. Lawn care here is a matter of patience — sandy ground, a summer that arrives all at once, and a village that notices the difference between mown and finished. Mowing, edging, trimming, cleanups: ordinary words for the small satisfaction of a yard squared away by noon. From the village blocks out toward Water Mill and North Sea, the work is measured one property at a time.
