County Road 39 is Southampton's working artery — lots, storefronts and grounds that have to look right and stay passable no matter what the sky is doing. Mahoney Associates, LLC handles both sides of that: mowing, edging, trimming and seasonal cleanups from spring through fall, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the weather turns. Winter storms coming in off the water rarely play fair here, so lots get cleared in stages and walks get treated before they glaze over.
