Elmir's Lawn Maintenance

About Elmir's Lawn Maintenance

South Salem is stone wall country — old field lines running off into the oaks, lawns opened up between ledges, the three lakes holding their fog until the sun gets high enough to burn it off. Elmir's Lawn Maintenance keeps those yards through the season, mowing around the rock outcrops, trimming tight to the walls where a deck can't follow, edging the drives that curve in under the trees. A ridge property here dries fast at the top and stays soft at the bottom, so one lawn can want two different approaches on the same morning. Spring and fall cleanups mean leaves by the truckload, because there is no shortage of oak up on this shoulder of Westchester. A clean line where the grass meets an old stone wall is the detail that makes the whole place look right.
