J&A Lawn Maintenance and Tree Service

About J&A Lawn Maintenance and Tree Service

Late September in Lincolndale, and the big maples over the road start letting go a few leaves at a time, testing the wind. J&A Lawn Maintenance and Tree Service is still mowing then — the grass slows but it doesn't stop — and the visits turn gradually into cleanups, beds cleared, lawns raked out, the yard put in order ahead of the cold. Earlier in the year it's the plain weekly work of cutting, edging and trimming, done steadily enough that nobody has to think about it. There's real satisfaction in the last pass of an afternoon, the sun low over Koegel Park, everything squared away. Somers and its neighboring towns make up the round.
