About Rolling Hills Property Services, Inc.

At four in the morning during a January storm, Route 25A east of Smithtown is a set of curves dropping toward the harbor with nothing on it but a plow and its own headlights. Rolling Hills Property Services, Inc. runs those hours, opening driveways and walks and putting salt down so a sloped drive is passable when the household wakes. Ice on a hill is a serious thing, and clearing it well is worth doing carefully. In the warm months the same properties get mowing, trimming, edging and the cleanups that bracket spring and fall. Smithtown, St. James and the surrounding towns keep the trucks busy in both directions of the year.
