About Green Island Landscaping Inc.

A nor'easter announces itself over Smithtown hours ahead — pressure dropping, wind swinging around, the first fine flakes crossing Route 347 sideways. Green Island Landscaping Inc. is out in it well before dawn, plowing driveways and clearing walks so people find their cars free and the pavement salted when they step outside. There is a particular pride in that: a cleared drive at six in the morning, no drama, no shovel needed. Once the ground thaws the same trucks come back for mowing, trimming, edging and the cleanups that get a property through spring and fall. Winter or summer, the work runs across Smithtown, Nesconset and the towns beside them.
