About A&J Tree Service Inc.

The Helderberg escarpment stands along the western sky at Slingerlands, and the Normanskill runs down through hemlock below the old rail bed. The hamlet's streets are roofed with maples grown into their full size, which is a gift ten months of the year and a question mark in an ice storm. A&J Tree Service Inc. prunes and trims those crowns back into balance, removes what has gone hollow or crept too close to the house, and clears the mess when weather takes a limb. By the last hour the chipper is quiet, the drive is swept, and sunlight comes through a crown that finally has room in it. Slingerlands, Delmar, Voorheesville, New Scotland and Guilderland are the regular circuit.
