Mill Creek runs through Sinclairville the way it always has, and the Chautauqua uplands around the village trade a short green season for a long white one. JP Outdoor Solutions, LLC works both sides of that trade — mowing, trimming and edging, cleanups in spring and autumn, then plowing, walk clearing and ice treatment through the deep months. Up here snowfall is a strictly local matter, a few hundred feet of elevation deciding who gets six inches and who gets sixteen. A lawn cut level in July and a drive opened at five in the morning in January are the same promise kept twice. Sinclairville and the hill towns around it, whichever way the year is leaning.
