About McCaffery Property Services, LLC

Half the houses on this island sleep through the winter and wake in a single week of May, and the lawns have to be ready before the keys turn. McCaffery Property Services, LLC keeps that calendar — the first mow of the year on the slopes above Crescent Beach, beds cleared, grass brought back into shape while the road out to Dering Harbor is still quiet. Then it is week after week through the season: mowing, string-trimming the fence lines, edging the walks, tidying whatever the wind rearranges. Sea light is unforgiving on a lawn and shows every missed strip, so the passes get laid straight and overlapped. A place looks looked-after or it doesn't, and the difference is a few careful hours nobody ever sees happen.
