About Loehrs Property Management

The marquee on State Street glows all evening whether or not the sidewalk beneath it has been touched. Loehrs Property Management works the other side of that equation — lots plowed and walks opened before the doors unlock, entries salted before anyone in dress shoes tests them. Downtown Schenectady snow is a stubborn thing, packed by traffic and refrozen in the shade of the tall blocks, so it gets cut back to the pavement rather than merely pushed around. Buildings should look like somebody is minding them, and in winter that shows up first at the curb line. Snow clearing and ice control for properties across the city and the towns nearby.
