About High Country Hardscape & Landscape Designs

Ride south out of the city and the land tilts up toward the escarpment, where yards arrive in terraces and the wind shows up with an opinion. High Country Hardscape & Landscape Designs mows on that pitch — passes worked across the slope, trimming along walls and step-downs, edging where grass meets stone. Higher ground dries faster and burns sooner, so the cut runs a little tall from the middle of July onward. The year opens with a full cleanup and ends with the leaves off the terraces before they slide into the low corners. From up there you can see most of Schenectady, and a lawn cut clean holds that view rather than interrupting it.
