About HM Painting and Contractor Services

Snow usually reaches Scarsdale first as a rumor at dusk — a few flakes crossing the headlights at Heathcote Five Corners, then the real thing by suppertime. HM Painting and Contractor Services goes out into it with a plow and a shovel, clearing driveways, opening walks and putting salt down where the ice would set hardest overnight. Around here the drives bend and climb, and a storm that is nothing on the flat becomes something else on a curved incline under old trees. The measure of a night's work is simple: the car leaves in the morning and nobody has to think about how. Snow removal for Scarsdale and the streets that run out from it in every direction.
