About Lawn & Order Property Services

The Saranac River runs straight through the middle of the village, past the backs of the Main Street buildings, loud with runoff in May and low and clear by August. Lawn & Order Property Services keeps the properties along it and above it in order — mowing, string trimming the banks and awkward corners, edging walks and drives, spring and fall cleanups. July afternoons here stay mild enough that the work goes easy, and the evening cools off fast once the sun drops behind the ridge. A good day ends with a yard that looks deliberate: even height, a straight border at the drive, the clippings gone. Saranac Lake and the towns nearby are on the schedule.
