About Derek's Lawn &snowplowing service llc

Winter reaches Sanborn off the lake rather than out of the sky — a gray band builds over the water, then the squall walks inland across the open fields of Wheatfield with nothing at all to slow it down. Derek's Lawn &snowplowing service llc runs those nights: plowing driveways, breaking the drift the wind rebuilds at the end of every lane, clearing walks, putting salt where ice sets up. Out here a farm drive can run a couple hundred feet, and for a while the plow's headlights are the only thing moving for a mile in any direction. By breakfast the lane is open, the mailbox is reachable, and the day starts on time. Sanborn and the Niagara County towns around it are on the route.
