About MAD Property Maintenance Corp

The Chadakoin runs slow through Ellicott and Falconer, and the whole valley greens up the moment the lake finally lets spring through. MAD Property Maintenance Corp mows it, trims it, edges it and cleans it up — beds opened in April, grass held to a weekly line all summer, leaves cleared out of the corners come November. Chautauqua County is generous with rain, which means growth that hardly pauses between May and September. Staying on rhythm is the discipline of the trade, and the payoff is a property that reads as intentional from the curb. A small thing done steadily, and it is what makes a street look like somebody lives there.
