Salamanca is built on a tilt — the streets climb and the yards climb with them, and the hardwoods of Allegany State Park stand over the whole city turning tender green in May. Green Terrain Landscaping mows those slopes, which is a skill of its own: reading the grade, working across it, holding the cut even where nothing is level. Trimming takes the banks and stone edges the mower has no business on, and a clean border around the driveway makes the rest of it look deliberate.
