About SML Property Services LLC

Summer in Round Top belongs to the hollows — mown clearings ringed with hemlock, a breeze that stays cool clear through August, old lodges tucked back along the lanes. SML Property Services LLC keeps that green ground in order, cutting the clearings, trimming tight to porch posts and fieldstone, edging the drives, and clearing the yard at each end of the season. Mountain grass grows in fits, quick after a rain and slow through the dry weeks, so the schedule follows the weather instead of the calendar. A wide lawn cut in even passes, framed all around by dark trees, is about as good as this work ever looks. When the leaves come off the Greene County ridges, the cleanup puts everything back to bare and tidy.
