About Modern Landscaping LLC

On the South Shore the grass never quite slows down; humid air drifts up off the bay and by mid-June a lawn can gain an inch between visits. Modern Landscaping LLC keeps pace with it — mowing on a rhythm, edging the walks clean, running the trimmer along fence lines and corners no mower will reach. Roosevelt's blocks are flat and set close together, so every yard is on view from the sidewalk and a straight line shows plainly. Late afternoon is the good hour here: the light goes gold across Nassau Road, the clippings get swept off the concrete, and a small square of lawn looks like somebody meant it. Spring and fall cleanups bookend the season, and in between it is simply the steady business of keeping green things cared for.
