About A Lot Maintenance Corp

Ronkonkoma winters arrive off the water and land heavy — wet inches that pack down under tires before the sky has any color in it. A Lot Maintenance Corp works a storm from the middle of the night outward, plowing lots open in long straight passes and squaring off the corners so nothing is left rounded and half-done. Walkways get cleared to the surface and treated for ice, entrances first, so the first person through a door never has to think about it. There is real pride in standing at the far end of a finished lot while the lake still lies black and the runway lights out past Veterans Highway blink through the last flurries. By the time the early train fills up, the pavement reads like an ordinary morning — which is the entire point.
