About Fullmers Grind LLC

Out in Ridgeway the land lies open all the way to Lake Ontario, so the snow rarely falls straight down — it travels, and what it does to a driveway depends entirely on which way the wind came off the water. Fullmers Grind LLC plows that open country, the drives along Ridge Road and the farm lanes running down toward Oak Orchard Creek, working the hours when the whole county is still dark. Where wind is the real opponent, plowing becomes anticipation: banks stacked downwind, approaches left broad, the second run timed for after the drifting quits. The payoff is plain — a bare rectangle of blacktop at first light with the field beyond it still untouched white. Winter is long here, and the work starts early.
