About Dan's Lawn & Landscaping

Kinderhook Creek loops through town like it has time to spare, and the lawns along it green up early and stay damp late. Dan's Lawn & Landscaping works both ends of the Columbia County year — mowing, trimming and lawn care from the first warm week, then plowing and snow clearing once the creek runs slow and dark. Bottomland grass grows hard and has to be cut on a promise rather than a whim. Winter arrives off these flats with nothing to slow it, and a drive opened early is the difference between a normal Tuesday and a lost one. Kinderhook, Valatie and Niverville get lawns worth looking at and driveways passable before the coffee is poured.
