About Sunshine Landscaping & Home Maintenance, LLC

Rensselaer faces west across the Hudson, so the last of the daylight comes over the Albany skyline and lands on this bank — on porch rails, on hedges, on a lawn cut an hour ago. Sunshine Landscaping & Home Maintenance, LLC keeps that picture up through the green months with mowing, trimming, edging, mulch and bed upkeep, and cleanups to open and close the season. When the light goes short and the river fog turns to frost, the work becomes plowing and shoveling: driveways and lots cleared, entries opened, salt down wherever ice wants to hold. The pleasure is in the before-and-after — a shaggy yard turned neat in an afternoon, a buried drive back to bare blacktop by breakfast. This is a small city of small properties, and every one of them shows the difference.
