About Capital Land Companies LLC

Rensselaer climbs straight up from the Hudson, and every one of those streets becomes a question the moment snow starts falling. Capital Land Companies LLC plows through it — driveways and lots opened, hill drives scraped down to bare surface, walks shoveled and treated where the grade would otherwise send you sliding toward the road. River-valley storms swing between wet heavy snow and a hard freeze behind it, so the timing of a pass matters as much as the pass itself. Traffic and trains move early on this side of the water, and the clearing is finished around that schedule. A cleared drive on a Rensselaer hill is no small thing; it is the difference between the day happening and not.
