About Upstate Lawn Maintenance LLC

Out on Assembly Point and Cleverdale the Queensbury shoreline narrows to a lane of houses with water on both sides, and in January the wind comes straight down the lake with nothing at all to slow it. Upstate Lawn Maintenance LLC clears those drives and walks through the winter and mows the same lots once the ice goes out and the summer people come back. Narrow shorefront properties take patience in the snow — you learn quickly where the banks can go so the drive stays wide until March. In the warm months it's mowing and trimming on small, particular lots where the lawn ends at the seawall and every edge shows. A place kept up in both seasons never has that shut-in look, whichever month you pull in.
