About KC Landscaping & Design Corp

Jamaica Estates was built on the ridge, so the streets climb and the lawns tilt — every yard here has a grade to answer to. KC Landscaping & Design Corp designs and keeps them: beds shaped to the slope, plantings chosen for where the water runs, lawns mowed and edged so a hillside reads as one unbroken sweep of green. Late spring is when it pays off, a thunderstorm coming through in the afternoon and the grass standing up greener by evening while the runoff goes where it was meant to go. Mulching, pruning, planting and seasonal cleanups fill out the rest of the year. From Holliswood down toward Hillside Avenue, the aim is a yard that looks composed rather than merely cut.
