Arnoldo's Tree Service

About Arnoldo's Tree Service

Summer in Corona comes on thick and green: plane trees leaning over the sidewalks, backyards deep in fig and mulberry, the long lawns of Flushing Meadows shimmering by noon. City trees carry a lot — traffic, road salt, wires overhead, a century of pavement pressed down over their roots — and they ask for attention before a limb decides on its own. Arnoldo's Tree Service prunes and trims to keep a crown shapely and safe above the driveway, takes down what has gone too far, and clears the mess a thunderstorm makes of a block. The sound to work for is the last branch feeding through and the street swept clean, curb to curb, before people come home. Across Corona, Elmhurst and East Elmhurst, it goes one yard at a time.
