About Jr's Garden & Property Services

June rain in Poughkeepsie comes warm and sudden, and two days later every dooryard on the block wants cutting again. Jr's Garden & Property Services keeps up with it — mowing, trimming, edging, weeding and mulching the beds, hedges shaped, and the cleanups that bracket the season at either end. Garden ground and lawn ground want different hands, and the difference shows up in the beds: deep-cut borders, no crabgrass creeping the mulch, plants given room to be themselves. A small city yard can hold its own with any long lawn in the county if somebody keeps after it. That is the job, all through the growing months.
