About CLG Property Services

Summer in Portville is river light — the Allegheny running low and bright, hemlock hills holding off the heat, everything green right up to the road. CLG Property Services keeps yards in that valley cut on a weekly rhythm, edges trimmed, borders mulched and clean, hedges kept in shape before they crowd the windows. Spring begins with the winter's mess raked out and hauled off; autumn closes with leaves cleared while the grass can still take a cut. Long lots that run back toward the hillside get the trimmer where the mower stops, so the line between lawn and brush stays honest. Come Sunday the yard looks like someone was in it, which is exactly the idea.
