About JJ Property Maintenance - JJPM

The flats north of Plattsburgh toward Point au Roche and Beekmantown are open country — wind crosses them uninterrupted, which shows up in summer as fast-drying lawns and in winter as drifts that rebuild themselves an hour after you leave. JJ Property Maintenance keeps up with both, mowing, trimming and running spring and fall cleanups through the green months, then plowing driveways, walkways and lots through the white ones. The shoulder weeks are the honest test, since the last mow of October and the first push of snow can land in the same fortnight. Doing both halves means knowing a property well enough to remember where the culvert sits under the snow and where the grass thins in August. That kind of memory is most of the job.
