About T.J.'s Lawns Plus, Inc.

By midsummer the canal bank at Phoenix is all shade and slow water, and the village lawns above it grow fast on river-valley soil. T.J.'s Lawns Plus, Inc. keeps those yards on a weekly turn — mowing, string trimming, edging along the walks — from the tight lots near the lock out to the wider places along the county roads. Grass here comes on hard after a warm rain, so staying ahead of it matters more than any single cut. Cleanups take care of the ends of the year, clearing winter's leftovers in spring and the leaf fall in October. A yard that reads clean from the sidewalk is what the crew is working toward, week in and week out.
