About Valley View Fencing & Property Management, LLC

Look west from Peru at the end of a summer day and the land steps up in ridges until the light goes orange behind them — it is a view worth keeping a property tidy for. Valley View Fencing & Property Management, LLC handles the lawn side of that work: regular mowing, trimming, edging and the seasonal cleanups that keep grounds looking cared for from the road and from the back step alike. Properties out here run wide, with lawn meeting hayfield meeting woods, and the line between them is drawn every week by hand. Evening is often the best hour for it, when the heat lets go and the cut grass smells strongest. The result is the point: a place that looks looked after.
