About C.L. Winter Construction LLC

Perry sits at the head of Silver Lake with the Wyoming County hills rolling away behind it, and when Lake Erie sends a squall band east, this is where it lands. C.L. Winter Construction LLC answers with plow trucks and salt — driveways and lots opened up, walkways cleared, ice knocked back before it can set. A lake-effect night can drop a foot on one road and merely dust the next, so the work is as much reading the sky as pushing snow. The pleasure is small and specific: a long farm driveway cut clean end to end, banks squared, the mailbox still standing. Then on to the next one before the light comes up.
