Cornwall Hill Road climbs out of Patterson in long slow turns, and by March it is all frost heave and running water — the weeks everybody around here simply calls mud season. LTS Contracting Construction & Landscaping works either side of that turn, plowing and salting steep drives through the winter, then mowing, trimming and putting lawns back together once the ground firms up. Hill properties ask more of a blade: you push uphill, you feel for the gravel, you leave room where the melt will want to run. When May finally lands, those same slopes want a cut that follows the grade instead of fighting it. Handling both seasons means nothing gets torn up in one that has to be repaired in the next.
