About Tambe Lawn Care

July on the Woodbury side of Oyster Bay is thick air, cicadas, and grass that will put on an inch overnight if a thunderstorm passes through. Tambe Lawn Care keeps pace with it — mowing on a rhythm, trimming fence lines and foundations, edging the walks, mulching beds so the ground holds its water through a hot stretch. Cutting height matters more than anything in deep summer; left a little long, a lawn carries itself into August instead of scorching. There is honest pleasure in a yard finished at midday, stripes running true, the driveway blown clear of clippings. Then somebody's sprinklers come on and the whole street smells green.
