About Top Tier Services LLC

The hour after a Tioga County storm clears is one of the best of the winter — sky going hard blue, hills white to the tree line, the valley suddenly very quiet. Top Tier Services LLC spends that hour working: plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks and steps, and spreading salt where meltwater will refreeze before dark. The rest of the year those same properties get mowed, trimmed and edged on schedule, with cleanups in spring and fall to clear off whatever the season dropped. Owego weather doesn't do half-measures in either direction, so the work doesn't either. Bare pavement in February, an even green lawn in July — that's the job, twice over.
