About Pritchard Facility Services

A commercial lot in the Southern Tier is a small landscape of its own — flat, wide open, and entirely at the mercy of whatever comes up the valley overnight. Pritchard Facility Services clears those lots and the walks around them in Owego, plowing, stacking snow where it won't block a sightline, and putting salt and sand down where tires and feet will need the grip. The work happens in the emptiest hours, headlights sweeping unbroken white, the same route run in the same order until the pavement comes back up. Storms keep no schedule, so the job is often finished twice over before anyone arrives to notice it was done at all. What's left is unglamorous and exactly right: a lot clean curb to curb, and doorways nobody has to pick their way into.
