About Raffa Landscaping and Design Oswego

October on the college bluff is all wind and low sun, the lagoon below wrinkling, the lake turning slate. Raffa Landscaping and Design Oswego reads the year in both directions — mowing, trimming and edging while the grass is running, then plowing, shoveling and salting so drives open before the workday starts. The cleanups at either end of the season are the hinge: leaves out in fall, winter's residue out in spring. Design instincts show up in the small decisions, where a border falls and how a lawn meets a walk. The result is a property that looks composed in any month the Oswego calendar hands over.
