C & M Lawn Care

About C & M Lawn Care

On a June evening at Montcalm Park the grass goes a deep, tired green and the shadows stretch all the way to the curb. C & M Lawn Care chases that hour across Oswego — mowing on a schedule, trimming close to fences and foundations, edging the walks until the line is sharp enough to follow with a finger. Yards here grow fast in the wet weeks after the ice leaves, and falling behind shows immediately. Spring and fall cleanups bookend the season, one clearing the wreckage of winter, the other putting the lawn to bed. The pleasure of the work is the last look back from the truck.
