Preston’s Tree & Landscape Service

About Preston’s Tree & Landscape Service

Out toward Furnace Village the trees are older than most of the houses standing under them, and a broad silver maple over a driveway is either an inheritance or a problem depending on how it has been kept. Preston's Tree & Landscape Service does the keeping: pruning, limbing, removals when a tree is finished, and the lawn and landscape work that fills in the ground beneath. A clean cut heals, while a careless one invites rot for twenty years, and you can read a yard's history in its branch collars. Autumn wind coming across the fruit belt tests everything with a weak crotch, and the crew would rather meet a limb on a calm Tuesday than in the dark. What's left is a canopy that keeps its shape and a yard that can breathe.
