About Onontio Landscaping

March in the Susquehanna valley is neither one season nor the other: bare lawns, a skim of ice at dawn, and a plow still hitched to the truck just in case. Onontio Landscaping covers both ends of that year around Oneonta — plowing, shoveling, and salting through the cold stretch, then mowing, trimming, edging, and raking out beds and leaves once the frost is out of the ground. Along Route 7 the wind runs straight down the valley and drifts pile into the same three driveways every storm, a thing you learn once and never forget. The pleasure is in the details: a clean cut line where lawn meets pavement, a yard opened up and combed out and ready for its first mow. Nothing showy — just a property that looks tended, whatever the month says.
