Landworks

About Landworks

The bottomland along the river made Olean's soil generous — flats that hold moisture and push grass hard through a wet June. Landworks works with that rather than against it: mowing on the rhythm the season sets, trimming and edging, overseeding thin ground, mulching beds and clearing leaves once the flats go brown. Healthy turf is mostly patience and timing, and the payoff is a yard that reads deliberate from the sidewalk. Nothing showy about it — just an even, thick cut, week after week. Mowing, seeding and cleanup across Olean and Weston's Mills.
