First Class Lawncare & Snow

About First Class Lawncare & Snow

West of Oakfield the land goes flat and dark toward the muck fields, and on a June evening you can watch weather coming a full hour before it gets here. First Class Lawncare & Snow keeps lawns across the village and the farm roads out from it — mowing, trimming, edging, spring cleanup and fall leaf work. Genesee County ground grows grass fast after a wet week, and a lawn that got away from its owner takes a patient first cut and a second pass before it looks right again. Big yards out here reward straight lines; the stripes run true from the road all the way to the treeline. When the light goes orange over the fields and the last strip is down, the day has a finish to it.
